What is the statute of limitations on sexual harassment claims in New Jersey?

In New Jersey, there is a two-year statute of limitations from the date the last act of harassment took place. Even if most of the behavior occurred outside of this two-year period, if one act still falls within it, then the victim can attempt to recover damages for the entire pattern of conduct.
